The trial of the defendants Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatra in the premeditated murder case of Ferdy Sambo was held on Thursday, November 10. Four witnesses were presented by the Public Prosecutor at the trial.

Major General Pol (Ret.) Seno Sukarto was one of the witnesses at the trial. Seno Sukarto is the head of RT5 RW 01 at the National Police's top housing complex at the Duren Tiga TKP, South Jakarta. Seno's house is only a few meters from Ferdy Sambo's official residence.

The testimony of Major General Pol Purnawirawan Seno Sukarto is considered to be an important role in assisting the disclosure of the premeditated murder case against Brigadier J.

Seno Sukarto, who was a witness at the trial of Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatia, was the head of the RT for the premeditated murder crime scene complex carried out by Ferdy Sambo. Seno is a two-star retired in the police.

Seno Sukarto is a man born in 1938. The 84-year-old man expressed annoyance with the police, who at that time did not immediately communicate with him in the murder case at Ferdy Sambo's official residence.

During his career in the police, the last rank held by Seno Sukarto was Major General or Inspector General. During his rank, Seno Sukarto held the position of Assistant Chief of Police for General Planning and Budget (Asrena Kapolri). He held this position from 1991 to 1996, when the National Police Chief was held by General Kunarto to General Banurusman Asassemitro.

Seno served as the Regional Police Chief (Kapolda) twice before serving as Asrena. He was the Aceh Police Chief and the North Sumatra Police Chief. He became the Aceh Police Chief for three years, from 1988 to 1990.

Seno Sukarto served as Aceh Police Chief replacing Police Colonel Abdoellah Moeda who served in 1985-1988. While serving as Aceh Police Chief, Seno Sukarto was the rank of Police Colonel. At that time the police's rank system was still the same as the TNI.

Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Seno Sukarto said there were irregularities after the shooting of Brigadier J at Ferdy Sambo's official residence. Seno Sukarto said a day after the incident the police replaced the decoder circuit closed television (CCTV) at the housing security post.

In addition, Seno Sukarto also revealed the absence of communication and coordination from the police to himself as the head of the RT. Seno Sukarto was annoyed and offended because he felt he was not considered by the police who went back and forth to the TKP at the housing complex. The police also did not ask for permission when conducting a crime scene investigation.
