After Pati And Cilacap, The Magelang Police Also Took The Type To Become Polresta

Central Java Police Chief Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi inaugurated the increase in the Magelang Police type to the Magelang Police. The inauguration was held while leading the type increase inauguration ceremony at the Magelang Police Headquarters on Tuesday morning, November 8.

The increase in the type of Magelang Police followed two other Polres in Central Java whose types had previously been raised, namely Polresta Pati, and Cilacap. With this type of increase, the Kapolda hopes that Magelang Police personnel can further improve the quality of service to the community.

"(This type of increase) has consequences for members of the Magelang Police to increase their responsibility in protecting, protecting, serving the community, and enforcing the law. And be more sensitive in capturing the aspirations of the community," said Police Chief Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi in a written statement.

The peak leadership of the Central Java Police revealed that this type of increase was a form of the Police's answer in capturing the expectations of the people in the Central Java region, especially in Magelang Regency.

According to the Kapolda, Magelang Regency is an area that should be raised in type because there are a number of strategic tourist destinations, one of which is Borobudur Temple which is a cultural heritage.
