List Of Heads Of State Who Ensuring Present At The G20: Putin Is Not Present Biden Longed For His Arrival

YOGYAKARTA - The G20 Summit will be held in one more week on November 15-16, 2022 in Bali. President Jokowi is looking forward to the presence of 16-18 country leaders at the event.

President Jokowi feels it is an honor to be the host of the G20 Summit. Dozens of heads of state who attended were a large number. In addition, he has also contacted the country's leaders who have not confirmed his presence.

Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Minister of Maritime Affairs and Investment (Marves), confirmed the presence of as many as 16 heads of state who attended the G20 Summit. He also said the government was still waiting for confirmation from 1-2 more national leaders who might come.

The Indonesian government is working with PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) to ensure the smooth implementation of the G20 Summit, especially in terms of airport management. The state-owned company will provide support for the arrival of the G20 delegates.

Faik Fahmi, President Director of PT Angkasa Pura I, revealed that there were several categories of invitations that attended the G20 event, starting from the G20 state, special invitations, and VVIP invitations.

There are a number of heads of upcoming G20i member countries, namely: Australia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Japan, Turkey, Canada, South Africa, France, Great Britain, Germany, China, India, United States, Italy, Argentina, Russia, Brazil, the European Union, and Mexico.

There are also 9 special invitations for heads of state who are not members of the G20, namely: Singapore, Cambodia, United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, Senegal, Finland, Suriname, and Fuji.

In addition, there are additional VVIP invitations consisting of heads of state and important figures, namely: President Angola, President of Zambia, President of South Sudan, Queen Maxima, Prime Minister of Denmark, President of FIFA, President of the IOC, Atlantic Council, Elon Musk, and World Economic Forum.

News of President Vladimir Putin's presence at the G20 summit has been in the public spotlight amid the conflict between Ukraine and Russia which has not subsided. Russian Presidential Press Secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said his party would ensure Putin was not present.

At the end of last October, Vladimir Putin said that he did not reject and set aside his participation in the G20 summit. In addition, he also said that the presence of Russia could be represented by top-level officials.

Meanwhile, President Joe Biden is confirmed to attend the G20 Summit. The Russian government said there had been no official communication between the leader of the Rulahan and the United States. Putin also once said that his party did not need to negotiate with his partner, who is both the country's adigtaya.

That is the list of heads of state who are confirmed to be present at the G20. The Indonesian government is also still waiting for confirmation from other country leaders who may come to Bali next week.
