The Case Of A Couple Of Baby Fans In Ciracas, Police: Results Of Dark Relations Between A Female And Her Ex-girlfriend

The police arrested a couple of abortion lovers who buried the bodies of a baby behind a prayer room in Ciracas, East Jakarta, with the initials RHF (28) and RNA (20).

From the results of the interim examination, it was known that the baby was the result of an illicit relationship between the suspect RNA and his old lover. RNA then became in love with RHF, his new lover.

"RNA (20) a woman assisted by her boyfriend RHF (28) threw away the baby resulting from an illicit relationship, where previously RNA (20) contained a fetus resulting from an illicit relationship with her old boyfriend," said Tamansari Metro Police Chief AKBP Rohman Yonky Dilatha when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, October 30.

Rohman said that suspect RNA was desperate to have an abortion because his ex-girlfriend did not want to take responsibility.

"Then RHF, RNA's new boyfriend actually helped throw away and bury the baby behind the prayer room in the Ciracas area, East Jakarta," he said.

As a result of his actions, the perpetrator was subject to Article 76C Jo 80 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection in conjunction with Article 194 of Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health in conjunction with Article 346 of the Criminal Code.

Previously, it was reported that the Ciracas Police had secured a couple who were caught burying a baby behind Musala Miftahul Jannah, Ciracas area, East Jakarta.

According to the information gathered, the baby's body was an abortion baby.

Ciracas Police Chief Kompol Jupriono said the buried baby was the result of the abortion of the two perpetrators (loans) in the West Jakarta area.

Then, the baby was buried in the Ciracas area, East Jakarta.

"The two perpetrators have been arrested. However, because the case entered the realm of children, we handed them over to the East Jakarta Police. After an investigation, it turned out that the abortion was carried out in West Jakarta so that the case was transferred to the West Jakarta Police," said Kompol Jupriono when confirmed by VOI, Friday, October 28, evening.
