Six Points Of Damage On The Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road Will Be Improved By Jasa Marga

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) repaired six toll roads for the Jakarta-Cikampek section to maintain the safety and comfort of road users as well as fulfill the minimum service standards of Toll Road Business Entities.

"The repair consists of three rigid reconstruction jobs and three bridge repairs," said Operation and Maintenance Senior Manager Representative Office 1 of PT JTT Nouval M. Rizky in Bekasi, Saturday, October 29.

Nouval detailed three works on the reconstruction of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road consisting of repairs at Kilometers (KM) 26+430 to KM 26+485 lane 1 towards Cikampek along 55 meters starting at 10.00 WIB today until Thursday (3/11) at 08.00 WIB.

The reconstruction of KM 34 + 686 to KM 35 + 070 lane 2 towards Cikampek with a handling length of 80 meters which will be carried out today at 09.00 WIB to Friday (4/11) at 10.00 WIB.

Also at KM 63+600 to KM 63+650 lane 1 towards Jakarta with a handling length of 50 meters which will be carried out starting Monday (31/10) from 10.00 WIB to Sunday (6/11) at 08.00 WIB.

Meanwhile, the repair of the three bridges was carried out at KM 14+190 lane 3 towards Cikampek with a length of 55 meters starting Saturday (29/10) at 09.00 WIB until Friday (4/11) at 09.00 WIB.

Then the Expansion Joint Bridge KM 28+600 external shoulder and 18 meter long Cikampek lane 1 starting Monday (31/10) at 21.00 WIB until Friday (4/11) at 12.00 WIB.

Finally, the 2nd lane of Jakarta KM 62 + 720 bridge is 23 meters long from Monday (31/10) at 01.00 WIB to Sunday (6/11) at 04.00 WIB.

"There is no closure due to this work. The Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road section towards Jakarta and the Cikampek direction are still operating normally," he said.

His party has prepared risk mitigation, including diverting the affected traffic flow before the work area, narrowing the work area, preparing the opposite direction if the traffic conditions are heavy, and coordinating with the Highway Patrol.

His party has also conducted socialization of work plans by installing outdoor media in the form of work appeal banners and Variable Message Signs in both directions of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road to ensure this information is well received by road users.

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol apologizes for the inconvenience caused by the work in question and urges road users to anticipate travel by ensuring that the vehicle is in prime condition, has sufficient electronic money balance, and refuels before starting the trip.
