In order to support Indonesia Gold 2045 and form a learning ecosystem between the Industrial World (DUDI) and education, the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology of the Ministry of Education and Culture, through Kedaireka conducted a Kick Off of the Kedaireka Ecosystem Program. This program was previously launched online at the end of September 2022.

The Kedaireka ecosystem consists of seven programs including Kedaireka Academy, RekaTalks, Match Making Innovation Forum, RekaPitch, CEO of Mentorship, RekaPreneur and RekaPods. In addition to the CEO of Mentorship and RekaTalks which was held on October 21, 2022 in Jakarta, five other activities will be held in several major cities in Indonesia from October 2022 to November 2022.

Carrying the theme Collaborate and Innovate for a Sustainable Future, the Kedaireka Ecosystem begins with two activities, namely the CEO of Mentorship and RekaTalks. The activity, which was held on Friday, October 21, 2022 at the Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta, presents government officials, academics from universities, practitioners from DUDI officials and beneficiaries of the Matching Fund Kedaireka program.

The CEO of the Mentorship raised the main theme of the Collaboration Ecosystem for Innovation. This activity is in the form of intensive sharing sessions by government officials and high-ranking DUDI officials to increase exchange of insight and self-development for higher education personnel. The present are the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Nadiem Anwar Makarim, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), Arsjad Rasjid, Mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka and CEO of the Business and Economy Initiative (IBEKA), Tri Mumpuni.

Plt. Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Nizam, who opened the activities of the CEO of Mentorship, said that Kedaireka launched the initiation of the Kedaireka Ecosystem containing programs that are expected to be able to increase insight and open up opportunities for other collaboration for college people and industrial partners. Representatives of college personnel, industry partners and the general public who attend are expected to understand the urgency of creating a collaboration ecosystem and its importance to prioritize innovation in various industries.

The Coordinating Ministry's Program, as part of the Kedaireka Ecosystem, aims to increase the interest of college, public and industrial people in collaborating and innovating through the experience stories of leaders and experts in their fields. Through this program, university and industrial people are expected to be inspired to take concrete actions and dare to innovate to solve existing problems," said Nizam.

Then RekaTalks raised two themes namely Economic digitization and inclusive innovation: Refracating the environmental social governance (ESG) after the pandemic and Blue Economy: Exploration of Innovation Collaboration to Improve Sustainable Economy. This activity presents inspiring stories from Higher Education Personnel and MUDI beneficiaries of the elected Mathing Fund Kedaireka 2021-2022 program.

The first session with the theme Economic digitization and inclusive innovation: Reranging the environmental social governance (ESG) after the pandemic is filled by the Chancellor of IPB University, Prof. Dr. Arif Satria, Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives Commission X & General Chairperson of the Lampung Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr. H. Muhammad Kadafi and Follower of the 2022 Matching Fund from the University of Surabaya, Artiawati.

Subsequently, the second session with the theme Blue Economy: Exploration of Innovation Collaboration to Improve Sustainable Economy' was filled by Co-Founder & CMO PLAYer Octopus Indonesia, Hamish Daud; Deputy for Human Resources, Technology and Information of the Ministry of SOEs, Tedi Bharata; and Follower of the 2022 Matching Fund from Mulawarman University, Esti Handayani Hardi.

Plt. Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Tjitjik Sri Tjahjandarie, who opened a series of RekaTalks activities, said that RekaTalks as a part of the Kedaireka Ecosystem is expected to be a promotional event for university personnel innovations. Infinite to that end, this program is expected to be able to inspire and ignite the spirit of higher education personnel and industrial partners throughout Indonesia to innovate and collaborate for the progress of the Indonesian nation.

This event is expected to build awareness and public knowledge about the existence of Kedaireka as an ecosystem for collaboration and innovation between universities and industry. After the awareness is successfully developed, it is hoped that there will be an increase in public participation from both academics ( SCHOOLS) and industry in Kedaireka ecosystem activities," concluded Tjitjik.
