Prosecutors Ask Judges To Reject Adjutant Ferdy Sambo's Exception And Continue Sessions To Witness Examination

JAKARTA - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) asked the panel of judges to reject the exception or objection note filed by former Ferdy Sambo's aide, Bripka Ricky Rizal. In fact, the trial was proposed to proceed to the witness examination stage.

"To the Panel of Judges who tried this case by stating that they rejected all arguments for exception or a memorandum of objection from the defendant Ricky Rizal Wibowo," said the prosecutor during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, October 20.

Then, in the exception response, the prosecutor also asked the panel of judges to decide on the trial of the alleged bribery case with the defendant Bripka Ricky Rizal to continue.

So, later the trial will enter the stage of witness examination to prove everything that is included in the indictment.

Then, asked Bripka Ricky Rizal to remain detained. Originally, he was detained at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

"Declaring that the examination of the defendant Ricky Rizal Wibowo will continue based on the indictment letter Number Register of Case: PDM-245/JKTSL/10/2022 dated October 5, 2022," said the prosecutor.

Meanwhile, in his exception, Bripka Ricky Rizal alias RR denied being involved in the premeditated murder scenario made by Ferdy Sambo. Although, he had time to supervise and confiscate the firearm (senpi) Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.
