PSI Girang Ganjar Ready To Go For A Presidential Candidate: His Quality Don't Lose To Jokowi

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) welcomes the attitude of the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo who has stated that he is ready to run as a presidential candidate in the 2024 presidential election. PSI Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees Grace Natalie said that Ganjar's readiness to be nominated had been awaited by millions of Indonesians. "Mas Ganjar's statement deserves appreciation and tens of millions of people have been waiting for," Grace said in her statement, Wednesday, October 19. According to Grace, Ganjar's performance has been proven for two terms leading Central Java. In fact, PSI assesses that Ganjar's quality is not inferior to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). "Mas Ganjar has been proven by his work in Central Java. With him stating that he is ready to become a presidential candidate, Indonesia has hope to have a president with a quality that is not inferior to Pak Jokowi," said Grace. Grace is also optimistic that Indonesia will be more prosperous, just, and tolerant if Ganjar becomes president replacing Jokowi. "If he becomes president, we can prevent the anxiety that Indonesia will decline after 2024. We are optimistic for Indonesia, which is more prosperous, just, and tolerant," concluded Grace. It is known that PSI has declared Ganjar Pranowo as a presidential candidate who will be supported by his party running for the 2024 presidential election. Meanwhile, the name of the vice presidential candidate (Cawapres), PSI supports the daughter of the 4th President of the Republic of Indonesia KH Abdurrahman Wahid, Zannuba Ariffah Chafsoh or Yenny Wahid, to accompany Ganjar Pranowo.
