Tuding Ijazah Jokowi Fake, Doctor Tifa Turns Out To Never Graduate As A Physician At STF Driyarkara

JAKARTA - Bambang Tri Mulyono's lawsuit regarding the alleged fake diploma of President Joko Widodo runs at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN). It was a social media activist with the identity of Doctor Tifa who first questioned the authenticity of Jokowi's diploma, which resulted in a stir.

Doctor Tifa is said to have held the title of Doctor Filsafat from the Philosophy High School (STF) Driyarkara. But recently, STF Driyarakara denied that Doctor Tifa graduated from the doctoral program from the university, which is located at Rawasari, East Jakarta.

The rebuttal was also shared by the Chairperson of the STF Driyarkara Alumni Association as well as the Special Staff of the Minister of Finance Yustinus Prastowo through his Twitter account, @prastow.

"Sister @DokterTifa is not a graduate of the Driyarkara STF Doctoral Program as reported by several media," tweeted Prasto.

Prasto emphasized that the woman whose real name is Tifauzia Tyassuma never got a doctorate at STF Driyarkara. He only, said Prasto, had participated in the Matriculation program.

"Ybs has participated in the Matriculation Program and it has not been completed. Tks," continued Prasto.

Regarding the issue of Jokowi's fake diploma, Gadjah Mada University (UGM) has straightened it out by holding a press conference on Tuesday, October 11.

In the press conference at the UGM Campus, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY), the Chancellor of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Prof. Ova Emilia confirmed President Jokowi's diploma was genuine. He ensured that Jokowi graduated from the UGM Faculty of Forestry.

Jokowi, said Ova, was listed as an alumni of Prodi S1 at the Faculty of Forestry, Gadjah Mada University, in the 1980s class.

"It was stated that he passed the UGM in 1985 according to the provisions and proof of graduation based on the documents we have," Ova said.
