JAKARTA - A number of motorcycle gangs shot residents with airsoft guns in Cirebon, West Java. Not only that, they also attacked residents, just because they misunderstood.

The residents reported this incident to the Cirebon City Police (Polresta), West Java. received the report, the police stepped in and conducted an investigation. Finally the police managed to secure two people.

"The suspects we have arrested are two people, namely YNC (18) and S (21)," said Cirebon Police Chief Kombes M Syahduddi, in Cirebon, as reported by Antara, Wednesday, December 2.

At the time of the act, the two suspects and their friends used seven motorbikes in a convoy at the scene.

During the incident, the two suspects threw stones at the victim, and also shot using an airsoft gun.

"As a result of their actions, the victim was injured," he said.

The two suspects arrested, said Syahduddi, were members of the Moneker motorcycle gang with evidence of their attributes.

As a result of their actions, the two suspects were subject to Article 170 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with 351 of the Criminal Code with the threat of a maximum imprisonment of 5.6 years.

"The evidence confiscated were illegal airsoft guns, attributes of motorbike hoodlums, stones, and several others," he said.
