Irawan said that more and more people in North Penajam Paser Regency who are trained, opportunities to get jobs in IKN Nusantara and other areas will be open. The North Penajam Paser Regency Government itself continues to strive to prepare local human resources (human resources) so that they can participate in the transfer and development of IKN Nusantara. The local Manpower and Transmigration Office (Disnakertrans) and the Ministry of Manpower conducted entrepreneurship training and skills training activities. Local human resources are given training to be prepared to meet the needs of the workers, as well as capture business opportunities with the existence of IKN Nusantara. The construction of new IKN infrastructure in Sepaku District is considered to reduce unemployment in East Kalimantan, especially in North Penajam Paser Regency.
