The Case Of Brigadier J, AKP Rifaizal Samual Becomes A Member Of The 19th Police Who Implements The Ethics Session Today

JAKARTA - Former Head of Unit 1 of the South Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim AKP Rifaizal Samual is a member of the 19th National Police who had to undergo an ethics trial following the series of plans for Brigadier J cases today. The form of violation is called unprofessional in his duties.

"Rencana sidang AKP RS, Senin tanggal 3 Oktober 2022," ujar Kabag Penum Divisi Humas Polri Kombes Nurul Azizah saat dikonfirmasi, Senin, 3 Oktober.

The trial process was held at around 10.00 WIB earlier. He was tried in the Divpropam Police Divpropam session of the TNCC building, 1st floor of the National Police Headquarters.

Meanwhile, AKP Rifazal Samual was previously transferred to the National Police Headquarters Service (Yanma) related to the murder case of Brigadier J.

The mutation was stated in a secret telegram with the number ST/1751/VIII/KEP./2022 dated August 23, 2022.

In that case, 18 members of the National Police have been tried. They include Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Kompol Chuck Putranto, Kompol Baiquni Wibowo, and Kombes Agus Nur Patria.

Then, AKP Dyah Chandrawati, AKBP Pujiyarto, AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagian, Bharada Sadam, Brigadier Frilliyan, and Brigadier Firman Dwi Ariyanto.

Then, Brigadier Sigid Mukti Hanggono, First Brigadier Januar Arifin, Idham Fadilah, Iptu Hardista Pramana Tampubolon, Ipda Arsyad Daiva Gunawan, AKBP Raindra Ramadhan Syah, and Kombes Murbani Budi Pitono.

Ada juga, eks Kasat Reserse Kriminal Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan AKBP Ridwan Rheky Nellson Soplanit yang belum lama dipadilan dengan vonis 8 tahun mutasi bersifat demosi.
