NasDem Claims For The Declaration Of The Coalition On November 10, Democrats Can't Even Be Sure

JAKARTA - The Democratic Party has not been able to confirm when the declaration of cooperation in the 2024 presidential election with NasDem and PKS. The reason is, the three parties are still intensifying communication in finding common ground for a coalition. "Democrats are currently intense to communicate with NasDem and PKS. Hopefully, day in the future, communication will be narrowed to interests," said Deputy Secretary General (Wasekjen) of the Democratic Party DPP Didik Mukrianto to reporters, Wednesday, September 28. Didik said the Democrats also hope that the coalition will be announced soon. However, he said, there is still much to be harmonized and synergized between coalition political parties. "Our hope is from Democrats, we also want to build a civilization to strengthen this nation's previous civilization," said Didik. Because, continued Didik, not only related to who the candidate is, but also the basis of struggle, energy and also the spirit between political parties.

"Well, we want to make sure that this change and improvement will occur in this nation in the future," he said. According to this member of Commission III of the DPR, the public must also wait for who the candidates will run in the 2024 presidential election so that they can first find out about the programs and abilities of the candidates for Indonesia's leaders in the future. Therefore, added Didik, the Democrats are still intensifying communication with NasDem and PKS in order to find something similar in building a coalition.

"These three parties can find a common thing in building games. Because I said earlier, this is not just setting a presidential or vice presidential candidate, but this big 2024 game is in the presidential election. This is also related to the interests of the nation and also the interests of the people," said Didik Mukriyanto.

Previously, the General Treasurer of the NasDem Party, Ahmad Sahroni, revealed that his party would announce a coalition of parties in carrying out the 2024 election presidential candidate on November 10.

"The coalition, yes, on November 10," said Sahroni when met in the South Jakarta area, Monday, November 26.

Based on information circulating, coinciding with Heroes' Day, NasDem will also announce the presidential candidate to be carried in the 2024 presidential election. However, Sahroni was reluctant to reveal further.

In the results of the National Working Meeting last June, the three figures who were recommended as presidential candidates for the Nasdem eruption were DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo, and TNI Commander Andika Perkasa.
