JAKARTA - Chairman of the National Mandate Party (PAN) DPP Zulkifli Hasan made interim replacements (PAW) for members of the Medan City DPRD, Sudari, with the remaining time of 2019-2024.

"The PAN DPP letter to Sudari ST, a member of the Medan City DPRD for the 2019-2024 period, will PAW, that's true," said the chairman of the Medan City PAN DPD, Teuku Bahrumsyah in Medan, Wednesday, September 21, quoted from Antara.

The deputy chairman of the Medan City DPRD admitted that until now his party had not received a letter from the PAN DPP or the results of the party court's decision.

Sudari, who comes from Medan City, North Sumatra for electoral districts (dapil) 2 now has a number of strategic positions, namely the Secretary of the Medan City PAN DPD, the Chair of the PAN faction of the Medan City DPRD and the Chairman of Commission II of the Medan City DPRD.

"Of course, after receiving an official letter from the PAN DPP, we will immediately implement the provisions in the letter," he asserted.

He admitted that PAW occurred to the secretary of the Medan City PAN DPD regarding the election results for members of the Medan City DPRD 2019 from Medan City in the election area 2.

The PAN DPP Decree Number: PAN/A/Kpts/KU-SJ/ 320/IX/2022 was signed by the General Chairperson of the PAN DPP Zulkifli Hasan and Secretary General Eddy Soeparno according to the decision of the party court Number: 04/PHU-PAW/MP-PAN/IX/2022 dated 08 September 2022.

Stated that in the decision to grant the applicant's application, PAW, a member of the Medan City DPRD, withdrew the respondent as a member of the Medan City DPRD from PAN after the issuance of a party court decision and a PAN DPP decision letter.

Agreeing to PAW members of the Medan City DPRD to the respondent was replaced by the applicant as the next most votes resulting from the 2019 Medan City DPRD members from the Medan Dapil City 2.

Instruction of the Medan City PAN DPD immediately submitted PAW members of the Medan City DPRD students during the 2019-2024 term of office to the leadership of the Medan City DPRD in accordance with the provisions and applicable laws and regulations.

"So this case has been in the process for a long time. Even Sudari as the respondent and Zulaspan Tupti as the applicant have been summoned to the party court," explained Bahrum.
