"The perpetrator has been processed," said Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General of Police Fadil Imran when confirmed, in Jakarta, Saturday.

Fadil revealed that the perpetrators were also minors, so they were not detained, but placed in the Special Cellular of Children Faced with Law (ABH) in Cipayung, East Jakarta.

"The perpetrator is a child. Currently he is being held at the Cipayung ABH shelter," said Fadil.
