3 Proposal For Candidates For Acting Governor Of DKI From DPRD: Heru Budi Hartono, Marullah Matali, And Bahtiar

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta DPRD has named three candidates for the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta which will be proposed to the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri).

The three names are the Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta Province Marullah Matali, and the Director General of Polpum Kemendagri Bahtiar.

The screening of the names of the three candidates for the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta was decided in a joint leadership meeting (rapimgab) of the DKI Jakarta DPRD faction which was held today in the plenary meeting room of the DKI Jakarta DPRD building, Central Jakarta.

"So, the name that was filtered to be submitted to the Minister of Home Affairs, first Heru Budi Hartono, second Marullah Matali, third Bahtiar. Is this approved?" said Prasetyo at the DKI Jakarta DPRD building while tapping the hammer to sign the approval of the council members, Tuesday, September 13.

The DPRD's decision to propose the three names was based on the most vote calculations from the names proposed by the factions. The faction proposed three names each.

All of them, four names were netted by nine factions. One other name is Deputy IV of the Presidential Chief of Staff for Political Information and Communication, Juri Ardiantoro. However, the jury's vote acquisition is the smallest compared to Heru, Marullah, and Bahtiar. Thus, the jury is not included in the top three proposed Pj candidates for the Governor of DKI.

In detail, the PDIP faction proposed the names of Heru, Marullah, and Bahtiar. The Gerindra faction proposed the names of the Juri, Marullah, and Heru. The PKS faction proposed the names Bahtiar, Marullah, and Heru. The Democratic faction proposed the names of Marullah, Heru, and Bahtiar.

Then, the PAN faction proposed the names of Bahtiar, Marullah, and Heru. The PSI faction proposed the names of Heru, Marullah Matali, and Jury. The Nasdem faction proposed the names Heru, Bahtiar, and Marullah. The Golkar faction proposed the names Bahtiar, Marullah, and Heru. The PKB-PP faction proposed the names Marullah, Heru, and Juri.

Thus, the names of the three candidates for the Acting Governor of the DKI Jakarta DPRD proposal will be juxtaposed with three other names chosen by the Ministry of Home Affairs. In the end, President Joko Widodo will choose one of the names to serve as Acting Governor of DKI.
