Need Money, Anita Kolopaking Urges The Pinangki Prosecutor To Submit Joko Tjandra's Consultation Fee

JAKARTA - Witness at the trial of the alleged gratification of the Supreme Court (MA) fatwa, Anita Kolopaking said that she urged the defendant prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari to ask Andi Irfan Jaya to submit a consultation payment fee from Joko Tjandra.

"Because operations need cash flow, I pressed him a little," said Anita at the trial at the Corruption Court, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, November 25.

Anita said, initially Joko Tjandra promised a consultation fee of around 200 thousand United States (US) dollars. But only half of the wages have been paid and Joko Tjandra entrusted them to Andi Irfan Jaya.

With the excuse of not knowing Andi Irfan Jaya well, Anita asked the defendant for help to collect him. Because, he really needed the money.

"Because I was close to the defendant, I continued to ask Pinangki. (Citing example), please Andi Irfan Jaya, I have not given you the word, you entrusted it to Andi Irfan Jaya," said Anita.

Responding to the request, Anita said the defendant promised to contact Andi Irfan Jaya. But until evening, Pinangki did not give any news about this.

Then, Anita asked Pinangki to pay the wages of Joko Tjandra using the money first. Later that money will be replaced by deducting from the money held by Andi Irfan Jaya.

However, Anita did not explain how much money Pinangki gave her.

"Yes, you can not lend me first when Andi Irfan Jaya gives (money) it can be cut. Then at 9 o'clock Pinangki told me that Ms. Anita came here and took (the money)," he said.

In the previous trial, Pinangki admitted that he had never given Anita Kolopaking a penny as a success fee to process the review (PK) of the convicted cessie Bank Bali Joko Tjandra.

"Since I met Mrs. Anita, I never gave even 1 cent to Mrs. Anita, I never gave 50,000 US dollars to Mrs. Anita at the apartment because after returning from Kuala Lumpur, I stayed overnight in Sentul, at my father's house who was sick. so I never met Mrs. Anita and I don't know who Mrs. Anita met, "said Pinangki.
