Chairman Of The Bogor DPRD Banks Collaboration Allegation With KPK Officers In The BPK Bribes Case

JAKARTA - Dinalara Butar, the attorney for the inactive Bogor Regency Regent, Ade Yasin, revealed that there was a collaboration between the Bogor Regency DPRD and one of the officers from the KPK.

The chairman of the Bogor Regency DPRD, Rudy Susmanto, denied Dinalara's statement that was conveyed during the trial for the alleged bribery of the BPK auditor on Monday, September 5.

"KPK is an official institution that is credible and cannot be intervened, let alone conditioned otherwise," said Susmanto, in Cibinong, Bogor Regency, West Java, quoted from Antara, Sunday, September 11.

According to him, the allegations of collaboration that were revealed based on the notulence records of the defendant Maulana Adam who was the secretary of the PUPR Service were not the minutes of the meeting, because the minutes of the meeting had to be signed by the meeting participants and the conclusion of the meeting.

"I emphasize that there is not the slightest intention, let alone conspiracy with law enforcement, to frame anyone or any party in this case. Moreover, the accusation was that the narrative was built based solely on records," said the Gerindra Party politician.

He mentioned, regarding Adam's records, he also admitted that he had been clarified or questioned by the KPK about a month ago. "I respect the ongoing legal process, let the APH (law enforcement officers) determine what it should be like," he said.

Previously, the trial for the alleged bribery of the BPK auditor at the Bandung Corruption Court, West Java, on Monday, September 5, immediately became excited when Yasin's attorney, Dinalara Butarbutar, revealed a collaboration between the Bogor Regency DPRD and one of the KPK officers.

At that time, Butarbutar revealed that there was collaboration, thus making his client deal with the KPK. This fact also made the trial participants cheer up the KPK prosecutor.

The collaboration was revealed based on notes on the minutes of the meeting on the laptop belonging to the defendant Maulana Adam, which was stated in the examination report.
