Brigadier RR's Confession Was Given Money By Inspector General Ferdy Sambo But Was Taken Again Until The Case Was Finished

JAKARTA - Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR was given some money by Inspector General Ferdy Sambo after the murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. However, the money given was taken back by Sambo.

This was conveyed by Bripka RR's attorney, Erman Umar. The incident, said Umar, was already recorded in the examination report (BAP).

"Pak Sambo said that this was money. But the sentence in the BAP I read was: 'Because you have taken care of your mother'," Eman told reporters, Thursday, September 8 night.

The giving of money to Bripka RR is said to have occurred three days after the murder of Brigadier J at the shelter of Inspector General Fedy Sambo at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, Jakarta.

Nevertheless, Sambo took the money back. The amount of money in question is not detailed.

So far, only the two-star general has said that he took the money again with the excuse of waiting for the case to be resolved first.

"But it has been taken again with Pak Sambo because it seems as if the case is developing, see later. For SP3 or something," said Erman.

On the previous occasion, the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Agus Andrianto, said that Bripka RR and Bharada E had been promised money by Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

For Bripka RR, the nominal is Rp. 500 million. Meanwhile, Bharada E reached Rp. 1 billion.

In the murder case of Brigadier J, Bripka RR is one of the suspects. He is said to have played a role in helping the murder.

Thus, in this case he suspects under Article 338 subsidiary 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
