JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the South Kalimantan (Kalsel) Dapil Novri Omposungu on Tuesday, September 6.
Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said Novri was being investigated for alleged bribery that ensnared the former Regent of Tanah Bumbu, Mardani H. Maming. As a witness, investigators investigated several things from him, including the matter of buying and selling land.
"The witness' knowledge, among others, was confirmed regarding the sale and purchase of land," Ali told reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, September 7.
