JAKARTA - The government is racing to make derivative rules or implementation of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation in the form of a draft government regulation (RPP) and a draft presidential regulation (RPerpres).

There are targets of 44 derivative regulations to be made, consisting of 40 RPPs and 4 RPerpres. Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Airlangga Hartato, said that currently the government has completed 30 derivative regulations, or the achievement of which is 68 percent of the target.

As for those related to the RPP for Trade and RPP for Industry, synchronization and harmonization of business processes between the two sectors have been carried out so that they are integrated and integrated in their implementation in the field.
