JAKARTA - On the sidelines of a working visit to Purwokerto, on Friday, September 2, Presidential Chief of Staff Dr. Moeldoko took the time to gather with Purwokerto's young people from various elements, including entrepreneurs, journalists, students, social activists, and so on.

Many problems were conveyed to Moeldoko, including the overlapping of regulations at the central and regional levels, poverty in the Purwokerto and surrounding areas, confusing the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) which had an impact on the unfair provision of assistance, to the issue of protection for informal workers.

Moeldoko also agrees that there are still some problems that must be addressed. Not yet finished with the pandemic, Indonesia must respond to the development of global geopolitical which has resulted in a food and energy crisis that has affected the domestic economy. The unstableness of this world is a homework for Indonesia to maintain the welfare of the people," said Moeldoko.

So I challenge you, visionary young people, to help this country hijack the crisis. This is a challenge for every young person to find a common ground in realizing Indonesia Gold 2045," he added.

In addition, the Presidential Chief of Staff also said that togetherness and mutual cooperation in the community would encourage the government in pursuing economic stability, politics, security, and the implementation of national human resource development programs.

The love of the homeland must be strengthened. What is critical of the government actually loves Indonesia, only needs to be maintained so that it does not become anarchic which will harm the community as well," said Moeldoko.

Meanwhile, the issue of youth is one of the priority issues that has received great attention from the Presidential Staff Office (KSP). Previously, KSP had held the first batch of Presidential Staff Schools to screen young talents to take part in the national leadership incubator field under the direction of Dr. Moeldoko.
