JAKARTA - Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria will mobilize members from the Health Service and Satpol PP regarding the implementation of Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 2 of 2020 concerning the prevention of COVID-19. The deployment was related to the rejection of the swab test by some supporters of Rizieq Shihab in Petamburan, Central Jakarta.

"Yes, it will be regulated later. There will be provisions, later there will be parties from the Health Office, Satpol PP that regulate the implementation of the regional regulation," Riza told reporters, Monday, November 23.

But Riza said that the swab test could be done independently. The most important thing is that the community must obey the rules so that there is no transmission or clusters of COVID-19 appearing.

"(Swab) is carried out independently or independently by mass organizations or certain parties," he said.

"The important thing is to do a swab to ensure the safety of himself, his family, and all of us. So we ask everyone to obey and obey," continued Riza.

However, when asked whether the provincial government had implemented this rule to the public, especially the supporters of Rizieq Shihab in Petamburan, Riza did not answer.

Previously, a number of people in Petamburan, Central Jakarta refused to undergo a swab test conducted by members of the TNI-Polri, on Sunday, November 22.

This swab test is a step to anticipate the spread of COVID-19. Because previously in the area there was a crowd during the wedding ceremony of Rizieq Shihab's daughter, on November 14.

In addition, Rizieq was also rumored to be sick due to being exposed to COVID-19. But the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) rejected the issue and declared Rizieq Shihab in good health.
