It Is Always Proven, Commission III Of The DPR Suspects That Brigadier J's Lawyers Can Supply Data From The Internal Police

JAKARTA - A member of Commission III of the DPR from the PKB faction Dipo Nusantara, expressed his suspicions about the lawyer Brigadier Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, who received data from the internal police.

The reason, according to Dipo, is that Kamaruddin's statements regarding the death of his client have been proven one by one. This was conveyed by Dipo during a meeting of the House of Representatives Commission III with the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo at the Senayan Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Wednesday, August 24.

"The songs of Brigadier J's family lawyers, which have been proven one by one, have made the public conclude that Kamaruddin can supply data from the internal police who want this case to be clear," said Dipo.

The PKB politician considered that it was difficult for Kamaruddin to convey various statements in front of the public and the media without the supply of internal data from the National Police.

"It seems very difficult for a lawyer to be able to reveal data such as Kamaruddin's songs on various television, print and online media," said Dipo.

As is known, some of Kamaruddin's words have been proven to be true.

First, there was no shootout between Brigadier J and Bharada E. Instead, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police named Ferdy Sambo as a suspect in premeditated murder and dismissed his false scenario of a shootout.

This is in accordance with the statement of Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, who from the beginning believed that his client died not because of a gunfight, but was shot on purpose.

Second, Kamaruddin mentions premeditated murder. When he visited the National Police Headquarters on July 18, Kamaruddin had mentioned his report regarding the alleged premeditated murder.

After the investigation, the police did arrest Ferdy Sambo and 4 other suspects for premeditated murder.

Third, no sexual harassment. As is known, the Criminal Investigation Department has stopped investigating reports submitted by Ferdy Sambo's wife, Putri Candrawati.

Kamaruddin Simanjuntak also believed from the start that sexual harassment had never happened to PC.

Fourth, the relationship between Putri and Brigadier J is limited to mother and child. Based on Kamaruddin Simanjuntak's version, Brigadier J and Putri are close but in the context of a mother-daughter relationship.

However, Kamaruddin's assessment is now blurry after the police also named Putri as a suspect in the premeditated murder of Joshua. Although there was news that Putri had asked for permission so that Brigadier J could be adopted as a child.

The fifth is related to Ferdy Sambo remarrying. Kamaruddin revealed that there was another alleged motive, namely the affair he accused Ferdy Sambo of.

However, Kamaruddin himself was reluctant to reveal in detail the adultery and the woman he was referring to. However, it was rumored that Ferdy Sambo had married AKP Rita Yuliana.

Sixth, Ferdy Sambo has a dark business, namely gambling and drugs. On Wednesday, August 10, Kamaruddin said it was suspected that his client was murdered because he knew elements in the police were involved in illegal businesses, ranging from gambling to methamphetamine.

It is not known for sure whether this conjecture is correct. However, recently the National Police Chief has actively asked his personnel to eradicate gambling. The National Police Chief has also threatened to fire his subordinates who are involved in the drug business.
