Pekara Title In The Near Future, The Police Check The CCTV Of The Rizieq Crowd

JAKARTA - The investigating team from the Sub-Directorate for State Security (Kamneg) of Polda Metro Jaya is still gathering evidence regarding the alleged violation of health protocols at the wedding ceremony of Rizieq Shihab's daughter. The evidence will later be discussed in the case title.

"Members are still collecting other evidence. Including digital evidence, CCTV collected includes checking CCTV footage around the area," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Thursday, November 19.

In the title of the case, the evidence collected by the investigator will determine whether there is a criminal offense. If found, the status of the case will be upgraded to investigation.

If it is decided to be promoted to investigation, the investigator will then look for the suspect in the case.

"If everything is complete, all of them will also conduct an initial case title, whether it is sufficient to go up to the investigation," he said.

On a previous occasion, Yusri had said that investigators targeted the investigation process for the alleged violation of the health protocol in the marriage of Rizieq Shihab's daughter for the next three days. The case will later be decided whether to upgrade to investigation or not.

"Hopefully as soon as possible. We are targeting a 2 to 3 day investigation period," Yusri Yunus told reporters, Tuesday, November 17.

But upgrading the status of a case to investigation must be based on the results of the case title. The results of the witness examination will be discussed in the title of the case.

Because of this, the police in the last two days will speed up the examination of witnesses. There are at least three elements of witnesses who will be examined.

"When everything is complete, we will carry out the title of the case whether the elements have been included in the investigation," he said.

As previously, several people from various elements have been questioned during the investigation process. One of them is DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan. To reporters, Anies, who was questioned for 7 hours, admitted that he had 33 questions.
