Chief Of Police Rotates Dozens Of Generals In The Context Of Retirement, Including Komjen Antam

JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Idham Azis has rotated the positions of several police generals. One of them, Komjem Antam Novambar who was pulled back to the Police after being assigned to the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP).

Originally, Komjen Antam served as KKP Secretary General after being appointed by the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Edhy Prabowo.

Karo Penmas, Public Relations Division of the National Police, Bigrjen Awi Setiyono, said that the rotation of positions was aimed at refreshing the organization.

"As a refresher for the organization, both the tour of duty and the tour of the area," said Awi to reporters, Tuesday, November 17.

Referring to the telegram letter number ST / 3232 / XI / KEP / 2020, Komjen Antam was withdrawn to the National Police Headquarters in order to retire.

In addition, in the telegram, 19 Polri members were rotated in order to retire. There are at least 12 Generals and 7 Kombes.

For your information, Komjen Antam before serving at the KKP served as Deputy Head of the Police Criminal Investigation Agency (Wakabareskrim).

In addition, Antam has also served as Director of Drug Crime, Director of General Crime of the Bali Police, Director of Prevention of the National Counter-Terrorism Agency (BNPT), and Head of the PPNS Korwas Bureau of the Police Criminal Investigation Agency.
