The Appearance Of Brimob Personnel Carrying Black Suitcases From Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's House, Allegedly As Evidence

JAKARTA - Two members of the Police Mobile Brigade (Brimob) brought a black suitcase to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police. Allegedly, the suitcase contained evidence confiscated from the home of the suspect Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

According to VOI's observation, two Brimob members came to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police this afternoon. Those wearing striped-patterned clothes seemed to be carrying black suitcases.

Then, they led to the entrance of the Criminal Investigation Unit. The suitcase was also checked by the guard.

It was suspected that the suitcase contained evidence because the guard had questioned the Brimob member. The contents of the suitcase came from Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's private house on Jalan Saguling, South Jakarta.

The Head of the Public Relations Division of the Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, who confirmed this matter, agreed that the suitcase brought by Brimob contained evidence. Investigators will analyze the evidence.

"Yes, I have asked that all of the confiscated evidence is being examined and analyzed by investigators," said Dedi.

The special team (timsus) of the National Police had originally searched the houses of the former Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, following the determination as a suspect in the case of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

The search was carried out on Tuesday, August 9, evening. The three houses are located on Jalan Saguling III, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, the official residence in Duren Tiga Number 58, and the house on Jalan Bangka, South Jakarta.
