Danny Pomanto Team's Report On DILAN Is Stopped By Bawaslu Makassar

MAKASSAR - The complaint of the candidate pair number 1 in the Makassar Pilkada M Ramdhan 'Danny' Pomanto-Fatmawati Rusdi (Adama) against the Managing Director of the Makassar Metro Terminal Regional Company (PD), Arsony and pair number 3 Syamsu Rizal, namely Fadli Ananda, was stopped by Bawaslu Makassar city. The termination of the handling of the case was decided at the Gakkumdu Center meeting.

"The handling has been completed and cannot proceed to the investigation stage because the alleged article does not meet the elements," said Sri Wahyuni, the Coordinator of the Enforcement and Abuse Handling Division, contacted by VOI, Monday, November 16.

Previously, Adama's legal team reported the Managing Director of the Makassar Metro Terminal Regional Company (PD), Arsony to Bawaslu. Arsony was reported to Bawaslu Makassar for allegedly campaigning for the Syamsu Rizal-Fadli Ananda (Dilan) candidate pair.

"That we, the Idamanta legal team have reported the board of directors of PD Terminal Makassar on behalf of Arsony who has facilitated the place and campaigned for candidate number 3 Fadli Nanda and facilitated PD terminal employees," said legal team spokesman Danny Pomanto-Fatmawati, Akhmad Rianto, contacted by VOI, Friday, November 6.

Not only the Managing Director of PD Makassar Terminal, Adama's legal team also reported the vice mayor of Makassar candidate number 3 Fadli Ananda. It is suspected that Fadli used state facilities.

"Regarding this issue in the recording, it is very clear how Arsony campaigned for Fadli Ananda, who was right beside him and instructed the PD terminal employees to choose candidate pair number 3," he said.

This report was submitted to the Makassar City Bawaslu after the Adama team obtained evidence and video on Monday, November 2.

"In the video recordings and photos, it can be seen that this incident took place on the second floor of the PD office in Makassar city terminal," he continued.

Response of PD Makassar Terminal Managing Director

The Managing Director of PD Makassar Metro Terminal, Arsony, responded to a report by the legal team for the mayoral-vice mayor candidate M Ramdhan 'Danny' Pomanto-Fatmawati Rusdi (Adama) to Bawaslu Makassar. Arsony admitted that he did not know anything about the complaint regarding his alleged facilitation of the candidate pair number 3 in the Makassar Pilkada, Syamsu Rizal-Fadli Ananda (Dilan).

"I have not received a call from Bawaslu, and at this time, I am trying to trace back the series of activities I have carried out. As far as I know, during the issue of the transfer of assets to the power terminal I am actively discussing with any party to find a solution to maintain the existence of PD Makassar Metro Terminal," Arsony said, when contacted by VOI, Friday, November 6 evening.

Arsony denied that this activity had anything to do with the Makassar Pilkada contest. Arsony said dialogue with the community was only to ensure that people's opinions were accommodated by the Makassar Metro PD Terminal.

"That was a discussion related to a public figure hearing on the existence of PD Terminal," he said.

"Without the attributes and symbols, the activity is instead planned to invite politicians, including former mayors, to add historical references to the transfer of assets to the power terminal," he continued.

Meanwhile, the coordinator of the legal team for the Makassar Pilkada candidate pair Syamsu Rizal-Fadli Ananda (DILAN) said that Danny Pomanto-Fatmawati Rusdi (Adama's) team's complaint to the Makassar Bawaslu against doctor Fadli was made up. Fadli Ananda emphasized that the DILAN legal team did not conduct a campaign while at PD Makassar Terminal.

DILAN Legal Team Coordinator, Yusuf Laoh stressed that his party followed the rules in the Makassar Pilkada. Because of that, there has never been any campaign in government offices or in government activities.

"There has never been a campaign there, it's a hoax if someone says DILAN is campaigning at PD Terminal," Yusuf Laoh told reporters, Tuesday, November 10.

Yusuf said Fadli Ananda did attend the Makassar Terminal PD activities some time ago. But his capacity is not as a candidate for deputy mayor of Makassar, but as a community leader.

According to Yusuf Laoh, Fadli was invited by the Managing Director of PD Makassar Metro Terminal, Arsony, who was also reported by the Adama camp to Bawaslu. At that time, Doctor Fadli appeared as a speaker regarding the issue of transferring assets of the regional company.

"Doctor Fadli is not a campaign, he attended the invitation of the Head of PD Terminal Makassar as a community leader and politician. There, he was a speaker on the transfer of assets of regional companies, where the discussion was an ongoing activity of PD Terminal Makassar," explained Yusuf.

Therefore, the presence of doctor Fadli at PD Makassar Terminal cannot be categorized as a violation. There are no DILAN attributes posted on the location, nor is there any submission of the vision and mission of the candidates nor an invitation to vote for candidates in the Makassar Pilkada.

"Please check, this activity cannot be called a campaign. There are no candidate pairs, there is no description of the vision, mission and programs and invitations to choose candidates. The activity is also not carried out during working hours. In essence, Doctor Fadli only fulfills the invitation to appear as a speaker on the matter. transferring PD Terminal assets, no talking about candidate pairs, "he said.

"From the findings of these facts, the activity organized by the Makassar Terminal PD which invited Doctor Fadli as a public figure and a politician was not a campaign activity. Do not force it, the fall was a hoax because it seemed to lead to an opinion that it was a campaign, but it was not," Yusuf continued.
