Truck Driver From Palembang Found Dead In The Cipocok Jaya Toll Road

SERANG - A body was found on the KM-68 Toll Road section, near Rest Area B in the Bogeg neighborhood, Banjaragung Village, Cipocok Jaya District, Saturday, August 6, at around 22.30 WIB.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Serang City Police, AKP David Adhi Kusuma, confirmed the discovery of bodies on the toll road.

"It is true that we received a report from the PJR Unit of the Banten Police's Ditlantas that the body of a man has been found on the KM 68 Toll Road section, right near Rest Area B Km 68 Bogeg," AKP David told reporters, Sunday, August 7.

In the preliminary identification results, the victim is a truck driver with the number B 9398 IZ named Okta Andrianto (37) from Palembang City.

David added that the actions taken by the police were to secure the crime scene as well as evidence and examine witnesses.

The body was taken to Bhayangkara Hospital for further examination
