JAKARTA - President University (PresUniv) is listed as the university with the highest number of full-time foreign students in Indonesia.

This number refers to study permit data for foreign students who are still studying in Indonesia published by the Directorate of Institutions, Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, Ministry of Education and Culture.

The Chancellor of PresUniv, Chairy said, this number proves that the quality of education at PresUniv is high. Moreover, since the beginning, PresUniv has declared itself to be an international university.

"This is evidenced by the use of English in the implementation of lectures. Not only for classroom activities, but also for every report, assignment or exam, thesis preparation and various other academic activities, all of which use English," he explained in an electronic message received in Jakarta, Wednesday, July 27.

Until 2021, the Directorate of Institutions is recorded to have issued 3,896 study permits for all foreign students to study at the undergraduate level (S1) at various universities in Indonesia. Of this total, 5.3 percent of foreign students chose to continue their studies at PresUniv.

The number of foreign students plays an important role in creating an international climate at PresUniv. Coupled with multinational companies such as Mattel, Unilever, L'Oreal and so on which are located in the exact same location as the PresUniv campus.
