Accused Of Faking Search Reports, Attorney For Psychotropic Case Suspect Reports To Wonosobo Police

WONOSOBO - The attorney for JRK (26), a suspect in a case of psychotropic abuse in Wonosobo Regency, reported the Wonosobo Police Narcotics Investigation Unit to the Central Java Police Integrated Service Center (SPKT).

The report was alleged to have been falsified in the official search of the body or place in the case.

"What was reported by the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the Wobosobo Police," said JRK attorney Yosep Parera in Semarang, Antara, Tuesday, July 26.

According to him, the alleged falsification of the search report was revealed when his client filed a pretrial lawsuit at the Wonosobo District Court.

He explained that the arrest of JRK by the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the Wobosobo Police on June 6, 2022 on suspicion of purchasing drugs that were included in list G without a doctor's prescription.

"This suspect bought online for his own needs," he said.

After being detained, he said, the police gave a copy of the official search report that was not signed by at least two witnesses who were residents in the vicinity of the suspect's residence or the suspect's signature on the document.

During the pretrial hearing at the Wonosobo District Court, he said, investigators from the Wonosobo Police had attached documentary evidence in the form of a search report signed by two witnesses, including the suspect.

"In fact, the suspect admitted that he never signed the search report," he said.

According to him, the judge who tried the pretrial case invited him to report the matter to the authorities.

The pretrial lawsuit filed by JRK itself was eventually rejected by the court because it was deemed to have met the requirements of at least two pieces of evidence to determine the suspect.

JRK was arrested by the Wonosobo Resort Police for criminal acts of abuse of psychotropic drugs and certain criteria. Dumolid type of psychotropic and drugs purchased by the suspect to be consumed as relaxation.
