SEMARANG - Police have seized two motorbikes suspected of being the equipment used by the four perpetrators of the shooting of Rina Wulandari, the wife of a TNI member in Semarang City, Central Java.

Semarang Police Chief Kombes Irwan Anwar said the two motorcycles were secured from two different locations. A Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle was secured in a house in Ngadirgo, Mijen District, Semarang City.

Meanwhile, a Honda Beat motorcycle was secured from a house in Sayung, Demak Regency.

"For the Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle, the color has been changed by the perpetrators, from light green to dark green," he said in Semarang, Antara, Friday, July 22.

The police, he continued, have identified the perpetrators but the perpetrators are still hiding.

Therefore, he asked the perpetrators to surrender to the Joint TNI/Police Team, which is still pursuing them.

Previously, Rina Wulandari (34), the wife of a TNI member, was shot by an unknown person in front of her house, Jalan Cemara III, Banyumanik, Semarang City, last Monday, July 18.

The characteristics of the four perpetrators recorded on CCTV cameras around the scene are known to each of the perpetrators who act as executor of the shooting using a helmet commonly used for motocross, black and red shoes, and using a firearm suspected of being a gun.

The two other perpetrators who rode the Honda Beat served as supervisors during the execution of the shooting. "One of the perpetrators is known to have long hair," he said.

From CCTV footage, he said, the perpetrators, who are suspected to be civilians, always communicate with someone by telephone before taking action.
