Lawyer Inspector General Sambo Claims Brigadier J's Goods Have Been Handed Over To Investigators

JAKARTA - The family lawyer for the Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, claims to have handed over all the belongings of Brigadier J or Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat to investigators who handled the bloody incident. Including the cellphone questioned by Brigadier J's family.

"Everything has been handed over to the investigators. What I know is that," said Arman Hanis to reporters, Monday, July 18.

However, Arman did not mention the time when Brigadier J's belongings were handed over to investigators. The reason, this matter is the authority of the Police.

He emphasized that there were no more personal belongings belonging to Brigadier J in his client's residence. Because everything has been submitted.

"Is it handed over to his family, please ask the Police Headquarters," said Arman.

Meanwhile, Brigadier J's family attorney, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak said that until now Brigadier J's cellphone had not been found and given to his client.

"The cellphone of the deceased (Brigadier J, ed) has three or four of them, until now they have not been found," Kamaruddin.

Brigadier J alias Nopryansah Yosua Hutabara was killed when he was involved in a shootout by Bharada E, on Friday, July 8.

The shooting was said to have taken place at the shelter house of the Head of the Propam Police, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, in the Duren Tiga area, South Jakarta.
