JAKARTA - A man suspected of sexually harassing a sleeping female passenger on the Jakarta-Bogor Electric Rail Train (KRL) has been arrested.

Pasar Minggu Police Chief Kompol David Ricardo confirmed the arrest. Now the perpetrators have been handed over and handled by investigators from the Women and Children Service Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"Security officers inside the KRL coordinated with station security officers to secure the alleged perpetrators of abuse at KRL No.4264 Jakarta Kota-Bogor relation," said Leza in a statement, Sunday, July 17.

Then, security officers took the perpetrators to the post at Pasar Minggu Station for inspection. Then hand over to the police.

"It was handed over to the Pasar Minggu Sector Police for legal processing," he said.
