JAKARTA - Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) General Dudung Abdurachman inaugurated 593 abituren Young Officers Education Formation of Army Officers (Diktukpa) TNI AD Diploma-3 Program (Expert Madya) Phase I 2022 FY in the pouring rain, at Bumi Panorama School of Army Officer Candidates (Secapaad) Bandung today.

General Dudung reminded the newly inaugurated officers to immediately adjust to the new status change from the NCO group to the Officer group.

"What was originally led, now you are leaders so that armed with education that has been taken with discipline and high standards as well as experience in the tasks that have been passed during your service in the Indonesian Army. I am sure you will be able to become strong and reliable officers of the Indonesian Army," said Dudung in his press release, Antara, Saturday, July 16 evening.

The former Pangkostrad also hopes that officers can behave professionally, creatively and innovatively in carrying out their duties, so that they are able to answer the challenges of increasingly complex and dynamic tasks.

"Always hold fast to the noble values and norms of the Officer's Code of Ethics 'Budhi Bakti Wira Utama'. This understanding must always be united within to form the character and integrity of all officers, as well as become the foundation of an officer's life, both in carrying out duties and in daily life. , said Dudung.

On that occasion, Dudung emphasized to the officers to continue to develop the leadership spirit of "Green Human Resource Management".

Namely, leadership that protects, provides shade and coolness by prioritizing closeness to those being led.

"Create openness, sensitivity and concern for the environment in your unit, because leaders must be able to act as commanders, teachers/trainers, parents, and comrades in arms so that they are always close to soldiers and their families," said Dudung.

On that occasion, Kasad gave an award to the winner of the highest achievement, namely First Lieutenant Inf Yongki who won the highest award for Trisakti Wiradhika.

The men who won the Adi Wiradhika award consisted of First Lieutenant Inf Yongki, First Lieutenant Cpl Ramansyah P. and First Lieutenant Inf Chiko. Meanwhile, the winners of the Adi Wiradhika Kowad award consist of Lt. Caj (K) NIW Lestari E, Lt. Cba (K) Vera W., and Lt. Cpm (K) Devina O.

It should be noted that Secapaad also organizes the Diploma-3 Program of Education Diktukpa TNI AD (Expert Madya) which is a new program and the first time the Army has implemented it in Secapaad. Where the new program uses the credit system with a length of education of 5 months, so that graduates are equivalent to Diploma-3 or Associate Experts.

In addition to inaugurating the Diktukpa Diktukpa TNI AD 2022 officer, Kasad also inaugurated the Soetoyo Barracks building, which is an old barracks but has been renovated to support educational facilities in Secapaad.

Also present at the ceremony were Irjenad, Pangkostrad, Dankodiklatad, Danpussenif Kodiklatad, Pangdam III/Slw, West Java Police Chief, top TNI AD officials, General Chairperson of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana and top Secapaad officials.
