"TKP secretly processing is an act that is not in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code," said IPW Chair Sugeng Teguh Santoso when confirmed by VOI, Friday, July 15, afternoon.

Because, he continued, based on the Criminal Procedure Code, the police must ask for assistance from the head of the neighborhood or the head of the RT when processing a crime scene.

"TKP secretly also violates the precision of the National Police Chief. It can be seen that something is being covered up," he said.

Meanwhile, IPW appreciated the steps taken by the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, who formed a special team to handle the death of Brigadier Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat who was shot by Bharada E at the house of the Head of the National Police Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo at the Duren Tiga Police Complex, Jakarta.

It is hoped that the examination of shooting cases with victims of Polri members carried out by their fellow members at the homes of senior Polri officials can be carried out in a transparent, objective and accountable manner.
