Several police activities were carried out at the TKP until Wednesday, July 13, yesterday afternoon, the Forensic Laboratory and the Inafis Bareskrim Team of the Police again visited the TKP at the official residence of the Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

However, the head of the RT, who was also the Asrena of the National Police, still did not receive any news or information regarding the activities in his area.

According to IPW Chairman Sugeng Teguh Santoso, based on the Criminal Procedure Code, the police must ask for assistance from the neighborhood head when entering a house to be searched or to be processing a crime scene.

"Because the head of the neighborhood or RT will be asked to be a witness during the search process or enter the yard," said Sugeng Teguh Santoso when confirmed by VOI, Friday, July 15, afternoon.

The presence of the neighborhood head or RT head during the search process or entering the yard during a crime scene will be legal (if witnessed by the local RT head).

"This is a form of transparency according to the National Police Chief's Precision program," he said.

Previously, it was reported that Inspector General of Police (Ret.)
