KM, whose body was sprayed with silver paint to his face, began to cry. The silver color on KM's face faded as the tears fell.

KM admitted that he had only recently been caught by a policing operation by the P3S Task Force for the North Jakarta Sudinsos. The young man admitted that he was "unlucky" so he was caught by the officers.

However, KM's whining was ignored by a number of P3S officers of the North Jakarta Social Affairs Sub-Department (Jakut). KM was also put into the operational vehicle of the Central Jakarta Social and Social Service to be taken to the Penjaringan Subdistrict Office for data collection.

KM is one of three PMKS that disturbs the order of road users in the Pluit area. Two more people failed to be caught because they had run away when they saw officers from the Social Affairs Agency for North Jakarta.

In fact, the P3S members of the West Jakarta Social and Social Service had taken off their uniforms to disguise themselves as ordinary citizens to reduce suspicion.

Apart from KM, West Jakarta Social Affairs Sub-dept. officers also arrested a number of buskers and beggars at the intersection of Jalan Pluit Selatan Raya and Jalan Pluit Timur Raya.

One of them is a mother who carries a toddler by being carried on the shoulder.

"There are six PMKS netted in this operation, consisting of buskers, silver men and beggars," said Nawawi.

He said the presence of PMKS on the highway that disturbs public order has violated Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2007 for begging and disturbing the public.

For this reason, control is carried out to overcome the rampant PMKS on the highway. With regular PMKS control operations, Nawawi hopes that it will create a more conducive situation for the people of North Jakarta.
