BANDUNG - The West Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) has confirmed that a number of luxury cars and motorbikes belonging to a suspect in the fraudulent investment fraud of the Quotex application, Doni Salmanan, are kept under tight security.

The evidence for the luxury vehicle is stored in the evidence warehouse of the Bandung District Attorney's Office (Kejari). The evidence was transferred from the Criminal Investigation Police of the Police to the Bandung Regency Kejari after the transfer of the second phase of the case.

From the records of the High Prosecutor's Office, the confiscated luxury vehicles included a Porsche 911 Carerra 4S, Lamborghini Huracan, and BMW 840i Coupe M Tech, Toyota Fortuner, and Honda CRV.

From the investment fraud case, Salmanan was charged with Article 45a paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) of Law Number 11/2008 concerning ITE, and Article 3 or Article 4 of Law Number 8/2010 concerning the crime of money laundering with a threat of imprisonment. for 20 years.
