Horror! 5 Meter Long Python Found Under Bed

JAKARTA - A five-meter long python was found under a bed, mattress, room of a resident on Jalan Gang H. Naam, Number 29, RT 04/02, Kelurahan Baru, Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta, Monday morning, July 4 .

Head of Operations for the East Jakarta Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-dept., Gatot Sulaeman, explained that his party received a report of finding snakes under the bedroom mattress at 04.01 WIB.

Gatot said, the snake was first seen on the first floor asbestos.

"Then the snake continued to move into the rooms on the 2nd floor through the 2nd floor balcony. The snake continued to enter the 2nd floor room," said Gatot, Monday, July 4.

In the room, continued Gatot, the python was seen coiled under the bed.

"Then he hid under the bed in the room, then Gulkarmat officers evacuated the snake," he said.

His party has deployed a rescue car unit and three personnel.

"Earlier we evacuated starting at 04.12 and finished at 04.27. The snake was successfully evacuated," he said.

The python, continued Gatot, has a length of about five meters and a diameter of about 60 centimeters.

"So what we are evacuating is a python with a diameter of approximately 60 centimeters and a length of about 5 meters. It was found under the mattress. We will then take it to the fire station," he said.
