KPK Auctions 14 Cars And 5 Motorcycles

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will auction 14 cars and 5 motorcycles in a mandatory non-execution of state property auctions.

"KPK invites the public to participate in the mandatory non-execution of state property auctions. On this occasion, the KPK will auction 14 cars and 5 motorcycles," said Acting (Plt.) KPK Spokesperson Ali Fikri, Friday, 1 July.

Ali said that a mandatory non-execution auction is an auction to carry out the sale of goods which by legislation must sell it by auction.

There are 18 auctions that fall into the category of non-execution auctions, one of which is the abolition of state property.

"The auction method that will be used this time is a closed online bidding for movable goods in as-is condition. The implementation will be carried out on Monday (4/7) and the deadline for bidding is on Wednesday (6/7) at 10.45 WIB (server time)," said Ali.

Prior to participating in the auction, he said, the KPK will conduct an open house so that prospective participants can see the object of the auction, both types of goods and brands/types, on Monday (4/7) starting at 14.00-17.00 WIB at the Anti-Corruption Education Center Building (ACLC). ) KPK, Jakarta.

"If you have obtained the desired item, the prospective participant must have a verified account on the website www.lelang.go.id," said Ali.

Furthermore, the prospective participant must deposit the nominal guarantee to the virtual account in accordance with the required amount.

In addition, the guarantee must be effectively received by the Office of the State Assets and Auction Service (KPKNL) no later than 1 day before the auction.

"All costs incurred due to the banking mechanism will be borne by the bidders," he said.

On the day of the auction, the public can directly access the www.lelang.go.id page at the appointed time and the winner will be announced after the bid deadline is made.
