Joint Officers Raid Couples Without Marriage Certificates At RedDoorz Hotel Duren Sawit Kawasan

JAKARTA - Joint officers of the TNI, Polri and East Jakarta Satpol PP conducted a raid at the RedDoorz hotel in the Duren Sawit area, East Jakarta, Friday, June 24, evening. At this location, officers secured 4 couples without a marriage certificate. Allegedly, they committed immoral acts in the room. The arrival of the joint officers made the couples who were sleeping at the RedDoorz hotel panic. In fact, some men confessed to officers that they wanted to marry their female partners. One by one the combined officers knocked on the rooms at the hotel. Then it was opened by a man who lived in the room. When the officer asked who the man was in the room, then the man in the room said that he was staying with his wife. The officers couldn't believe it. The two lovebirds were then separated and asked what date and month they got married. But the answers of men and women are not the same regarding the date and month of their marriage. Then both of them were arrested.

In another room, officers again found a man with a woman. But again, both of them reasoned to be married next week. "This is my future wife, sir. I live in Duren Sawit," said one of the men who gave a warning to the joint officers, Friday, June 24, evening. Although the two reasoned that they wanted to get married in one week, the officers still secured the couple suspected of being sexually immoral. Still in the same hotel, RedDoorz. Officers re-secured the other suspected lascivious couple. Next, all the couples were taken to the KDO car belonging to the East Jakarta Social Sub-dept. The raid was then carried out at the Deldhia Hotel, Jalan Raden Inten, Duren Sawit. At this location, officers secured two lovebirds who were suspected of being lecherous. They were again secured in a car belonging to the East Jakarta Social Sub-dept. East Jakarta City Satpol PP controller, Sularna, said the community disease operation (Pekat) on Friday, June 24, night, targeted two hotels. "Today the target is two inns. We got 6 pairs with different ID cards. Two of the two pairs are not married but are already staying together," he told VOI at the location of the raid, Friday, June 24. Sularna explained that the alleged lascivious couple were adults. "So if their average age is already an adult, the reason why they want to get married and wait for marriage is to stay here," he said. For further processing, the alleged lascivious couple was brought to the East Jakarta Satpol PP for further processing. "For the next process, we will bring it to the office, we will call the parents so we can give them the responsibility later. We will do the coaching with the record that both parents are present," he concluded.
