Bali Police Hunt Australian Caucasians Who Supply 35 Kg Of Crystal Methamphetamine In North Kuta Villas

DENPASAR - The Bali Police Directorate of Drugs has revealed a narcotics network with the possession of 35.5 kg of crystal methamphetamine which was confiscated in a villa in the Kerobokan Kelod Village area, North Kuta District, Badung Regency.

The supplier of methamphetamine is a foreign citizen (WNA) from Australia with the initials AP (32) who is now on the wanted list (DPO) or a fugitive. The Bali Police will cooperate with Interpol to hunt down the Aussie Caucasians.

"The suspect with the initials AP is 32 years old, an Australian citizen. And we will ask for help from there (interpol)," said Director of Drug and Drug Control at the Bali Police, Kombes Mochamad Khozin, Friday, June 24.

In this drug case, three suspects were arrested, namely KS (35), KW (48) and AA (48). But they are said to have only facilitated the location, while those who brought methamphetamine to Bali were Australian Caucasians.

"The three people, he only facilitated the place. For the evidence that was brought here, they (AP) brought it. If by what route we don't know because this person has not been caught," he said.

"It is precisely from the statements of the two suspects. That this AP was the one who rented the villa. Then, he then put things there," continued Khozin.

The Bali Police said that Aussie foreigners with the initials AP were also being sought by the Australian police for drug cases.

"The information there, (AP) also includes targets from the police there. If in other countries there is a separate mechanism, it is clear that we report this to the center in this case to Headquarters and it will be facilitated there through Interpol," said Khozin.
