JAKARTA - Two armed robbers who specialize in targeting mini-markets finally winced in pain after being hit by hot lead by the Jatanras Unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police.

The two perpetrators had to be paralyzed because they tried to fight back when they were arrested. The process of arresting the perpetrators was carried out based on the results of the investigation by the East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

After receiving information on the whereabouts of the perpetrators, the police immediately moved quickly. Even the chase between the two perpetrators who rode a motorbike had occurred with the police. The two perpetrators were arrested at their hiding place in Kendal, Central Java.

When they were arrested, the two suspects tried to run away. The police were forced to take decisive action, namely shooting the perpetrator in the leg.

Furthermore, the two suspects were arrested and taken to the Police Hospital to get treatment for the gunshot wound to his leg.

In their action, the two perpetrators often used firearms and gasoline to flush minimarket employees. The suspect also often threatened the victim that if they resisted they would be burned.

To trick the officers in each of their actions, the two perpetrators used motorbikes. They fled from Jakarta to Central Java.

East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit AKBP Ahsanul Muqaffi confirmed the arrests of the two minimarket robbery specialists.
