MXGP Samota 2022, 133 Personnel Of Korem 162/Wira Bhakti Deployed For Security

NTB - The 2022 Motorcoss MXGP World Championship Series of Indonesia at the Rocket Motor Circuit MXGP Samota, Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara will be held on June 25-26. A total of 133 personnel of the Military Resort Command (Korem) 162/Wira Bhakti will be deployed for security.

"According to the request of the NTB Police Chief, we have sent 133 personnel," said Military Resort Commander (Danrem) 162/Wira Bhakti Infantry Colonel Sudarwo Aris Nurcahyo in Mataram, quoted from Antara, Monday, June 20.

He said the TNI personnel who were assigned the security task were already at the location of the MXGP implementation on Sumbawa Island.

"So, the security personnel there have started their activities. Now the logistical escorts are coming," he said.

In securing this extreme racing sport, Sudarwo ensures that the personnel on duty are experienced. Those in charge have carried out security for international activities at the Mandalika Circuit.

"From that experience, of course, personnel will be even better in carrying out their duties, both in providing a sense of security and comfort for drivers and spectators," he said.

Through this activity, Sudarwo, who is not even one month into his duty as Danrem 162/Wira Bhakti, appealed to the public to participate in the success of this activity by keeping the situation safe.

"Now that the name of NTB has become global, we must give a positive impression in the implementation of this activity," he said.
