JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights (Wamenkumham) Edward Omar Sharif Hiariej inaugurated five members of the Creator National Collective Management Institute (LMKN) and five members of the Related Rights LMKN for the period 2022-2025.

He explained that the replacement of members of the Creator LMKN and Related Rights LMKN today is in order to implement the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 2022 which is based on meeting the needs of the community for changes in the management of royalties in the music and song fields, which represent the owners of the related rights.

Eddy also explained that the determination of LKMN membership was based on an agreement between LMK and LMK as evidenced by the minutes of the meeting.
