KENDAL - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo said Mustasyar, the Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) Executive Board as well as the caretaker of the Al-Fadlu wal Fadhilah Islamic Boarding School, KH Dimyati Rois (Mbah Dim), who died today, was one of the leading clerics and gave coolness to all parties.

"He is a role model and giver of coolness, a scholar who protects everyone, also always provides coolness and becomes a role model. It must be a loss, you see so many people gather, tumplek blek, and this is not only Central Java, but all over Indonesia there are in here," said Ganjar, when met at the funeral home in the Al-Fadhlu wal Fadhilah Islamic Boarding School complex, Kaliwungu, Kendal Regency, reported by Antara, Friday, June 10.

Ganjar admits that he has many memories with the late Mbah Dim, the two often meet for friendship or discuss various issues.

"There are too many things to remember, but what is clear is that he always gives helpful advice and tips," said Ganjar.

One of the things that Ganjar remembers is when he visited Mbah Dim's house and talked about many things without any distance, even though in some political agendas the two were not always the same.

"I was sowan here at that time, chatted a lot, he gave advice to me and what's interesting is because some of our political activities are not always the same, but how from the side of the heart I feel as a child there is not the slightest distance in different positions -different. Always gives coolness to everyone, his advice always makes it cool, fun," said Ganjar, reminiscing.

After the ceremony at the funeral home, Ganjar and other figures, such as the General Chairperson of the PKB DPP Muhaimin Iskandar, the Chairman of the Central Java PKB DPW KH Yusuf Chludori and a number of scholars from various regions participated in praying for the body of KH Dimyati Rois at the Al Muttaqin Mosque, Kaliwungu, Kendal Regency.

KH Dimyati Rois, who is also the chairman of the National Awakening Party (PKB) DPP Shura Council, died on Friday (10/6) morning at Telogorejo Hospital, Semarang City.
