The suspect Aminuddin was charged with Article 82 of Law No. 16 of 2017 concerning the establishment of a replacement regulation for Law No. 2 of 2017 concerning amendments to Law No. 17 of 2013 concerning Social Organizations. Then Article 107 of the Criminal Code Article 15 of Law No. 1 of 1946, then Article 55 of the Criminal Code.
