JAKARTA - South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto said his party did not find any signs of violence on the body of the woman with the initials I in one of the apartment rooms in the Cipulir area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.

However, to confirm this, investigators are waiting for the autopsy results from the hospital.

"The autopsy results will reveal the cause of death," explained Budhi when confirmed, Jakarta, Thursday, June 9.

The discovery of the body occurred on Wednesday, June 8th. It is known that the person concerned is a student and is registered as a resident of Jambalang, Cirebon, West Java.

The body, continued Budhi, was found half naked and half of his body decomposed.

Budhi said that the incident started when one of the residents of the apartment smelled a bad smell from the victim's room. The witness then informed the local security officers.

After the security guard opened the door to the room, it turned out that the victim was already dead.

Security then reported it to the police. Investigators moved quickly and carried out a crime scene (TKP) but no signs of violence were found on the victim's body.

"It can't be detected, because the condition of the corpse is estimated to have been dead for several days," said Budhi.
