JAKARTA - Secretary of the Bravo Lima Fighters Youth, Ahmad Zazali regretted the statement by the Chairman of the Youth Division of the Bravo Lima Fighters Central Leadership Council (DPP PBL) Kevin Haikal regarding the General Chair of the Bravo Lima Fighters Youth, Ali Fanser Marasabessy and his son, Faisal Marasabessy.

According to Ahmad Zazali, DPP PBL Kevin Haikal has made a statement without a clear basis so that it has the potential to harm the organization of the Bravo Lima Fighters.

"This person in question made a statement without knowing in advance what the chronology and actual events were, so that it could potentially lead to confusion. That's a statement he made detrimental to the organization," said Ahmad Zazali when contacted by VOI, Thursday, June 9.

Ahmad Zazali said, even though the legal process was ongoing, and his party agreed with the existing law enforcement.

"We agree that we will not intervene. But there is a connotation justifying that AFM is already guilty, even though it is not yet guilty, the investigation is ongoing. And he (Kevin) has no coordination with the person concerned (AFM)," he said.

Ahmad said Ali Fanser was one of the founders of the parent organization Bravo Lima and one of the seniors.

"AFM is active as Chairman of the Central Leadership Council (DPP) of the Bravo Lima Fighters Youth Wing Organization (PBL)," he said.

According to Ahmad Zazali, (Kevin) should have coordinated first. Ahmad continued, Kevin should have asked about what the actual incident was in order to know the context. However, until now, he said, the person concerned had never communicated with Ali Fanser Marasabessy and his legal team.

"We regret that the person concerned did not coordinate first, especially since he is the Head of Youth Division, he should have coordinated with the youth wing. For us in the youth wing, the public was confused (at Kevin's statement)," he said.

Previously reported, Head of Youth Division of Bravo Lima (PBL) DPP Fighters (PBL) Kevin Haikal mentioned that Ali Fanser, who went viral in the case of the alleged beating by FM of the child of a member of the F-PDIP DPR, was not the Chairman of the Youth Division of the PBL DPP, but only the chairman of the youth wing.

"Ali Fanser is not the chairman of the Bravo Lima youth wing, but the chairman of the youth wing of the PBL. Because structurally the DPP Bravo Lima Fighters has the Head of the Youth Division, which is myself," said Kevin Haikal in a written statement, Monday, June 6.

Kevin, who represented the General Chair of the PBL DPP General TNI (Ret.) Fachrul Razi, said that what happened in the incident on the Gatot Subroto toll road had nothing to do with the DPP PBL organization.

"The PBL DPP's attitude is very firm in responding to violations of the law, including violence and taking the law into its own hands. Therefore, the PBL DPP does not tolerate violence in any form," said Kevin.

DPP PBL fully supports the legal process for these violations, so that whoever perpetrates the violation is responsible for his actions before the law.

As an organization, he continued, DPP PBL upholds the rule of law because it was founded by national figures who highly respect human rights values.

The presence of Ali Fanser and FM in the incident was personal and had nothing to do with the activities of the PBL DPP.

"So, the person concerned must be personally responsible for carrying out the consequences of his personal actions," he said.

As is known, Polda Metro Jaya has named FM (22) as a suspect in the case of beating and molesting Justin Frederick on the Gatot Subroto Inner City Toll Road, South Jakarta, some time ago.
